How to Tap

  2. Rate the Intensity: Scale from 0-10. ) being no stress and 10 extremely stressful.
  3. Choose a Tapping Script: Or create your own
  4. Begin Tapping: Start with the Karate Chop point and repeat your setup statement three times. This is the only time you will be tapping on this point.
  5. Continue Tapping: Move through the eight-point sequence using reminder phrases
  6. Breathe & Reassess: Take a deep breath and re-rate your intensity
  7. Repeat as Needed: Continue tapping until the intensity lowers

  • If you prefer, you can use just one point for discretion
  • Tap with one or both hands—whatever feels natural
