Rate the Intensity: Scale from 0-10. ) being no stress and 10 extremely stressful.

Begin Tapping: Start with the Karate Chop point and repeat your setup statement three times. This is the only time you will be tapping on this point.

Continue Tapping:Â Move through the eight-point sequence using reminder phrases

Breathe & Reassess: Take a deep breath and re-rate your intensity

Repeat as Needed: Continue tapping until the intensity lowers
